Vision Care Loyalty Rewards Program
We are proud to announce our new Loyalty Rewards Card, designed to reward our patients for their loyalty and patronage of our practice. Upon the purchase of glasses or contact lenses, the referral of new patients to our practice, and/or subscribing to follow our practice on social media (Facebook), patients will receive “Points”. Earned points may then be used as dollars towards purchases in the Optical Department.
Patients may earn “points” in the following values:
- 25 points earned for the referral of a new patient
- 25 points earned with the purchase of an annual supply of contact lenses
- 25 points earned through “Liking Us” on Facebook
- 10 points earned per $100 spent in the Optical Department
“Points” may be redeemed by anyone in the immediate household. The card must be present at the time of redemption. Points may be credited in the following manner:
- For every 100 points earned, patients receive $50 to be used in the Optical Department
We truly appreciate the loyalty of our patients. Through our new program, we intend to reward patients for their loyalty and commitment to our practice. Loyalty Rewards Cards will be distributed to patients upon earning points. The card looks and acts exactly as a credit card, with points automatically added. Point totals may be requested at any time, and we will provide updates automatically via email. This program is managed independently through our practice, and we reserve the right to discontinue in the future.
Additionally, our loyalty rewards ‘credit cards’ may be purchased separately as gift cards. Cards may be purchased in any value, and applied towards any professional service or retail item (contact lenses or glasses).
